Initial Consultation
Your transformative journey with Halt Square is an exciting and personalized experience, beginning with a thoughtful initial consultation that allows us to dive deep into your riding ambitions.
Getting Started
The first step in working with Halt Square is getting to know each other through our initial consultation. During our 2-step consultation, we’ll conduct an in-depth review of your current capabilities, fitness level and riding goals. After we have completed the mounted and unmounted assessment, our dedicated team will craft a customized fitness and/or nutrition plan that addresses your unique needs and those of your horse, setting you on the path to success.
Fitness Programs
At Halt Square, we offer a range of fitness packages designed to meet the unique needs of equestrian athletes. Whether you’re seeking personalized one-on-one coaching, or the motivation of small-group sessions, our fitness programs are built to support your goals.
Hybrid Package – 1 Private Session/Week (4 sessions/month)
The Hybrid Package is designed for athletes who want a balanced approach to their training. It includes a 60-minute onboarding meeting to set custom goals that targets both your performance and your horse’s. With 4 private sessions per month (one per week), you’ll receive expert guidance, ensuring your progress stays on track.
This package also includes a custom mobility and stretch program for injury prevention, access to our fitness app, and unlimited video ride analysis for continuous improvement. You’ll also have 24/7 access to expert support from personal trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and mental coaches, with unlimited program revisions to keep your plan aligned with your evolving goals.
Premium Package – 2 Private Sessions/Week
The Premium Package is perfect for dedicated athletes who are looking to accelerate their progress and see faster results. With 2 private sessions per week, this package provides double the training sessions compared to the Hybrid Package, offering even more personalized guidance and support. These sessions ensure that your progress stays on track with frequent check-ins and expert coaching.
You’ll enjoy the same benefits as the Hybrid Package, including a custom mobility and stretch program, unlimited video ride analysis, and 24/7 expert support from personal trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and mental coaches. Unlimited program revisions ensure your plan remains aligned with your evolving goals.
Semi Private Training Package – 2 Sessions/Week
The Semi-Private Training Package is ideal for athletes who want to train alongside a partner while still receiving personalized attention. With 2 sessions per week conducted in groups of two, you’ll benefit from both tailored coaching and the motivation of training with a partner. These sessions are designed to provide the perfect balance of individualized guidance and collaborative support.
You’ll also receive a personalized mobility, activation, and strength program, with access to 24/7 expert support from personal trainers, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and mental coaches, as well as unlimited video ride analysis and program revisions to refine your technique and stay on track for success.
Group Training Package – 2 Group Sessions/week
The Group Training Package is perfect for athletes who want to benefit from guided fitness sessions in a supportive virtual group environment. With 2 sessions per week, you’ll train alongside a group of 4 like-minded athletes, fostering motivation and camaraderie as you work through engaging workouts together.
While the group setting offers valuable support and the opportunity to address specific areas of improvement, it does not include a personalized training plan. For a more individualized approach, we recommend exploring the Hybrid, Semi-Private, or Premium packages.
Nutrition Program
Halt Squares Nutrition Program is designed to fuel your body for peak performance, helping you excel both in and out of the saddle.

High Performance Package

Halt Square’s High Performance Package is designed specifically for high-performance riders who are committed to achieving their best. This exclusive package includes on-site support, with Halt Square trainers attending your requested show weekend(s), offering personalized guidance throughout the show weekend. You’ll also receive comprehensive video analysis, where we review and analyze your warm-up ride, ring ride, and test ride to provide targeted feedback for improvement.
Additionally, your personalized fitness program will be adjusted to align with your competition schedule, ensuring that your workouts are timed for peak performance in the lead-up to your show weekends, while also incorporating active recovery after each event to maintain optimal fitness.
