As a lifelong equestrian, I understand the unique physical demands of our sport—and the toll they can take on our bodies. My journey began at just five years old, and over the years, the wear and tear from riding and other sports led me to experience debilitating lower back pain that affected both my position in the saddle and my horse’s balance. It became clear: I couldn’t push through the pain like I had in other sports—I needed to prioritize my own health and fitness as much as my horse’s.

That realization inspired me to create Halt Square, blending my passions for equestrian, fitness, and nutrition to support riders like you. I know firsthand the sacrifices we make for our horses, but there’s one more thing we can do for them: take care of ourselves! By focusing on our own strength, balance, and well-being, we can be better for our horses and achieve our full potential as athletes.
