Hi, I’m Miguel Wason, an athletic trainer at Halt Square.
With a passion for fitness, nutrition, and helping athletes achieve their full potential, I’ve been fortunate to work with athletes at all levels—from high school standouts to professionals in the CFL, NFL, NHL, NBA, Bundesliga, and European Pro Women’s Volleyball and Pro Hockey Leagues. As an equestrian enthusiast, I’m excited to bring my experience to riders, helping you and your horse perform at your best.
My journey in fitness and athletic coaching began over 15 years ago, and along the way, I’ve had incredible opportunities to shape athletes’ careers. From developing speed, agility, and strength programs for track and field athletes to training professional football players in Florida, I’ve gained insights into what it takes to succeed across disciplines. My work has also included guiding high school athletes toward collegiate sports and helping college players transition to professional leagues.
At Halt Square, I bring this specialized expertise to equestrian athletes. I understand the physical demands of riding and how they intersect with fitness and balance. My goal is to create tailored programs that help you excel in the saddle while building strength and resilience off it.
